Garver is seeking a Structural Engineering Intern for our Water Design Center in Greenville, SC. You will develop detailed structural designs for water and wastewater facilities and related structures, and create finite element models to analyze them.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a structural engineering major from an ABET accredited program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural designs for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, tanks and related structures
• Develop finite element models to analyze structures
• Gain understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and role of structural engineers
• Prepare construction cost estimates
• Review construction submittals
