Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemical or Biological Sciences, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible environmental compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of drinking water, groundwater, wastewater, recycled water, and air quality regulations and their application.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex technical or legal agreements.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory oversight and regulatory program development.
• Develops and presents recommended program changes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepares complex reports, records, and correspondence for local, state and federal agencies.
