Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial water projects in the Private Sector Business Unit. You will guide projects from scope through execution, coordinating across PSBU, Design Services, and design/build leaders.

You will manage small to mid-size projects, ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets, and collaborate with multiple groups while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience successfully managing projects of increasing complexity.
• Experience with development and monitoring of project schedules.
• Experience with risk and change management concepts.
• Experience with contract management of small to mid-size projects.
• PE registration is preferred or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for small to mid-sized projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Define scope, schedule, budgets, and risk/quality controls with PSBU and Design Services.
• Manage external resources and client communications; monitor profitability and invoicing.
• Deliver project and business performance metrics and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor less experienced team members and foster continuous learning.
