Wright-Pierce seeks a licensed Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager – Team Leader to join our Greenville, SC office. Lead municipal drinking water and wastewater projects across South Carolina and Florida, with potential to become Regional Group Leader and collaborate regionally.

This senior role requires 10+ years of water/wastewater experience and a PE license, plus strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Water/Wastewater Engineer with 10+ years’ vertical experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage municipal water and wastewater projects in SC/FL.
• Oversee planning, design, construction administration and PM.
• Mentor junior staff and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality control meet targets.
• Maintain client communications and proposal development.
