Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager with Water/Wastewater utility experience to lead teams in the development of conveyance and pumping solutions for our utility clients.

The role focuses on coordinating client relations and multidisciplinary design efforts in a civil engineering context. This position emphasizes managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality programs while mentoring teams and supporting proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater facility design projects.
• PE preferred; PMP with equivalent skills will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison between client and project team, coordinating meetings and delivery of final project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design projects for water/wastewater pipelines and pump stations.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets for successful project delivery.
• Provide technical engineering guidance and resolve project challenges and obstacles.
• Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans.
• Ensure Quality Program implementation and execution.
• Manage project financials and change requests from clients.
• Participate in project management training and proposal development.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, officials, and contractors.
