Job summary

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in the Atlanta area to lead water/wastewater pipeline, pumping and treatment projects. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and delivering projects from inception to completion with a focus on client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in the field, and PE is preferred. PMP candidates with same skills are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Minimum 3+ years' experience managing water/wastewater design projects.
PE candidates are highly preferred, PMP acceptable with same skills.

Responsibilities

Act as primary client liaison, coordinating meetings and delivering final projects.
Coordinate multi-discipline design for water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
Develop and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects.
Provide technical guidance and resolve project issues and obstacles.
Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans and ensure quality programs.
Manage project financials, invoices and change requests.
Engage in proposal development with marketing input.
Foster relationships with clients, internal teams, officials and contractors.
May serve as engineering technical lead on projects when applicable.
