Job summary

Conrad Consulting in Richmond, VA is partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy to hire a Water/Wastewater Project Manager. You will lead municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction, mentor junior engineers, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

This role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary of $140k–$170k with bonus and ESOP, 4+ weeks of PTO, and strong career progression in a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
