Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our growing New York/New Jersey Water team. You will support senior engineers in municipal projects, perform design calculations, and contribute to planning, cost development and construction services.

The role requires a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of consulting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS, with strong communication and writing skills. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of consulting experience for water/wastewater clients.
• Experience with drinking water, wastewater and stormwater systems.
• Understanding of water conveyance and treatment processes, master planning and condition assessments.
• Willingness to learn Jacobs' proprietary tools and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on water, wastewater and stormwater design projects.
• Plan, cost development and schedule for assigned projects and tasks.
• Coordinate project assignments within the local and regional water group.
• Perform civil design calculations, sketches and technical comparisons.
• Assist in developing plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Engage in professional organizations to market and network for Jacobs.
