Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment construction projects in NE Florida. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule while building lasting relationships with owners, engineers, and partners.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced construction professional within an employee-owned company. As an employee-owned contractor, PC Construction emphasizes teamwork, Lean practices, and career growth.

Qualifications

Experience leading water and wastewater treatment construction projects.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety goals.
Strong communication with owners, engineers, and partners.

Responsibilities

Meet contractual requirements and conform to plans and specs.
Manage project budgets and cash flow.
Build and maintain relationships with owner, architect/engineer, CM, and partners.
Ensure project schedule reflects construction progress.
Foster communication and information sharing.
Forecast staffing needs and manage personnel.
Oversee procurement and ensure scope, pricing, and schedule alignment.
Develop and execute a quality control plan.
Promote safety and address site-specific needs.
Embrace Lean practices and participate in work plan activities.
Mentor, coach and develop project team members.
