Job summary

Crowder Construction Company's Civil & Environmental Division seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater projects, manage schedules and budgets, and support project teams across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring a 4-year engineering degree, 5+ years of construction experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6; a valid driver's license is required for site visits and coordination with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar software required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance to multiple projects and establish project objectives and policies.
• Maintain liaison with prime contracts client and monitor construction and financial activities.
• Provide technical engineering to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and specs.
• Create and maintain project schedule and forecast; track costs and change orders.
• Prepare and submit documentation for change orders and value engineering.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage daily project management duties.
