Water/Wastewater Project Manager

$ 105,000 to $115,000 annually
BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent. Registration as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania is required. 15+ years of experience with water/wastewater engineering, including new infrastructure and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure for sewer collection, conveyance, pump stations, and treatment; and water supply, treatment, transmission, storage, pumping, and distribution.
Experience working with local and state agencies including PADEP. Progressive experience working directly with clients and managing all aspects of projects. Excellent communication, project management, and client relation skills.
Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirements.
Preparation of Act 537 Plans is a plus. Some AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of multiple engineering projects for client representatives and senior project managers. Assist with client representation including public meeting attendance. Supervise department staff assigned to projects.
Prepare evaluations of existing and proposed facilities to identify alternatives for improvements including project costing.
Supervise the preparation of plans and specifications, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for capital projects. Sewer system condition evaluations including televising of sewers.
Coordinating with contractors and client staff. Act 537 Plans. Chapter 94 Reports. Review of proposed land development projects. Assisting with QA/QC for design reviews.
