AE2S, a 100% employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Boise to lead planning, design, and construction administration for critical water and wastewater initiatives. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, engage clients and stakeholders, and deliver innovative engineering solutions that protect public health and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in water treatment process design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project and business development responsibilities.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project teams.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and MVR where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and engineering solutions for water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee planning, study, design, and construction administration for water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage performance of project engineers, junior engineers, and technicians.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities.
• Provide QA/QC on all project work.
• Maintain budgets and schedules for assignments.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
