We deliver planning, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, funding assistance, and construction support for water and wastewater projects, collaborating with clients and a multidisciplinary design team. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (MS preferred), 8–15 years of relevant experience, a PE license, and strong PM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
• 8-15 years of Water/Wastewater Process Engineering experience
• Professional Engineer - PE License
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of chemistry and biology for treatment processes
• Experience with water/wastewater modeling software such as WaterCAD, InfoWater, EPANET, GPSx

Responsibilities

• Manage and design a variety of water and wastewater projects from planning through design, permitting, and construction
• Design water transmission and distribution systems
• Work directly with clients and a multi-disciplinary design team to manage projects
• Assist with business development activities and preparation of proposals
• Planning studies and reports for the evaluation of project alternatives and condition assessments
• Modeling for water and sanitary sewer systems
• Booster pump station and lift station design
• Involvement with regulatory strategies and negotiations with permitting
