Job summary

Kleinfelder invites a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager to join our New England Area Water Team, supporting municipal water resources projects across planning, design, and construction administration. The role offers a hybrid schedule and offices in Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Rocky Hill, Portland, or Manchester.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage technical scopes, mentor engineers, and develop client relationships while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical expertise in municipal water/wastewater engineering with leadership duties.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and/or wastewater projects for municipal clients from planning through construction administration.
• Lead project scopes, proposals, and client presentations.
• Make technical, cost, and scheduling decisions while upholding quality standards.
• Mentor staff to support professional growth and development.
• Foster and expand client relationships to drive new business.

PE license preferred

Education
