Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead municipal water and wastewater engineering projects across Florida offices (Orlando, Lakeland, Jacksonville, Gainesville, or Tampa). The role focuses on managing scope, budgets, and client interfaces while mentoring junior staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate brings a B.S. in engineering (ABET), 5–15 years of public sector water/wastewater experience, and a Florida PE license.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5–15 years’ progressive public sector water/wastewater experience.
• Florida PE license required.
• Project management experience leading complex multi-discipline projects.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing water/wastewater projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
• Coordinate design documents across offices and disciplines for construction plans.
• Meet client deadlines and project budgets.
