Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater in Las Vegas. You will oversee the engineering component across multiple delivery methods, lead a multi-discipline team, mentor staff, and drive budgets and schedules while interfacing with clients.

You will coordinate complex water treatment projects, supervise engineers, and contribute to technical leadership. This role requires an active engineering license and substantial field experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background checks, drug screen, and driving records.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑discipline team of engineers and technicians on municipal projects.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management in support of a project.
• Provide input to technical leadership for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Mentoring and performance management of staff.
