Job summary

Ardurra is actively seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our Boise, Idaho team. This role focuses on technical leadership, mentorship, and delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects for public utilities.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of public-works experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and Idaho/WA PE licensure (or the ability to obtain within 18 months). Salary ranges reflect experience and location in the Boise area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE license for WA/ID required or able to obtain within 18 months.
• 5–15 years of experience in public works.
• Proven track record leading water/wastewater and related infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and guidance of teams; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership from concept through construction close-out.
• Lead analyses, modeling, and design reviews for complex public-works projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project technical standards, QA/QC, and innovation initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
