Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 4-10 years of experience within municipal water/wastewater and/or public works field engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and state regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, plans, specs and cost estimates for water/wastewater facilities.
• Perform engineering/process design, hydraulics and treatment process projects.
• Coordinate with departments and sub-consultants for multi-discipline projects.
• Lead or assist project teams to complete multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
