Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to design and evaluate water and wastewater treatment systems. The candidate will provide technical guidance and ensure quality control while coordinating with clients for compliance.

Candidates should possess a Professional Engineer (PE) registration and at least 4 years of relevant experience. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities as a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer:

• Evaluate and design water and wastewater treatment systems
• Generate and review construction documents, master plan reports, and water-related technical studies
• Provide technical guidance and quality control
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower and timely performance on regional projects
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance
• Perform/and or lead construction observation and management

What we’re looking for:

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• 4+ years of Civil Engineering experience
• Hands‑on experience in water and wastewater treatment projects, with a deep understanding of the technical and regulatory landscapes
• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
