Job summary

Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support regional water and wastewater infrastructure projects from our Corpus Christi, TX office.

You will design and implement systems, perform hydraulic calculations, and prepare reports while collaborating with senior staff, engaging clients, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires a TX P.E. within 6 months and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering.
• P.E. license required with ability to obtain TX P.E. within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Design water distribution and wastewater systems including treatment facilities and pump stations.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and pump sizing.
• Prepare plans, specifications, permitting documents, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders; mentor junior engineers.
