Donohue & Associates in the upper Midwest invites you to join a Water/Wastewater Process Engineering Internship for Spring/Summer 2027. Gain hands-on experience with our engineering teams in a collaborative, employee-owned firm focused on municipal and industrial water infrastructure.

Ideal candidates are pursuing MS and BS degrees in environmental or civil engineering, with at least one year of study completed, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS and BS in environmental, civil, or related engineering; minimum one year completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water/wastewater project tasks under supervision.

Water/Wastewater Process Engineering Internship

Donohue is seeking motivated engineering candidates in an undergraduate or graduate program who are interested in exploring the water/wastewater industry during Spring/Summer 2027. Our goal is to provide you with challenging hands-on assignments and interaction with our engineers as you gain valuable insight into engineering consulting and our employee-owned firm. This experience will offer you the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest engineers in the industry.

Requirements:

• Pursuing an M.S. and B.S. degree in environmental, civil, or related engineering program. Prefer candidates that have already completed a minimum of 1 year of study.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
