The role focuses on planning, design, and construction management for water and wastewater projects, collaborating with engineers and clients to deliver innovative community solutions. The position requires a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license (or ability to obtain within six months) with licensure in UT/NV/OR/ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience
• Current Professional Engineer licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead water/wastewater project delivery from planning to construction management
• Coordinate with engineers, technical specialists, and clients
• Develop project fees and estimates; manage schedules and budgets
