Job summary

A consulting engineering firm in Oregon is seeking a Water Project Engineer or Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with city leaders and utility managers to develop solutions that ensure reliable water systems. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, guiding project teams, and managing client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Oregon PE licensure are required, along with strong communication skills and a minimum of 5 years experience in the field.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS; experience with modeling software is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain Oregon PE license within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and management of municipal water and wastewater projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, and contractors.
