GARNEY in Manor, TX is seeking an Hourly Foreman Plant to lead and supervise construction crews on water and wastewater projects. You will prioritize tasks, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a water/wastewater construction foreman.
• Deep knowledge of water/wastewater construction procedures and safety regs (OSHA, EPA).
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pumping systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Strong math skills for calculations and estimates.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• At least 5 years of demonstrably successful construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize tasks within project timelines and maintain detailed work schedules.
• Oversee and train construction workers, ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
