WATER/WASTEWATER OPERATOR III INFRASTRUCTURE

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or possession of a General Educational Development Certificate (GED).
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience, including semiskilled and skilled work in major repair or heavy construction, with some lead work responsibility, or one (1) year as a Water/Wastewater Operator II.

Additional Details

• HOURS: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• LOCATION: 5605 S. Garnett Road/Mainline East Water Distribution (IW).
• PAY SCALE: Click for LABOR AND TRADES pay scale.
• Licenses and Certificates: Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements within six months of hire. Positions require a valid Class "D" Water/Wastewater Operator's License issued by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) within six months of hire. Also, Confined Space Entry and Trenching & Shoring Certification within six months, and possibly Certification on Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (S.C.B.A.).
