Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining water distribution, treatment, and collection systems, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead staff and contractors, develop client relations, and drive performance through preventive maintenance and cost control.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship/E-Verification required
• Strong leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Good math skills
• Valid State Driver’s License
• CPR and First Aid certification within 12 months
• No felonies or major misdemeanors

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water and wastewater facilities within assigned jurisdiction.
• Prepare and administer operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise staff and contractors and manage client relations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and optimize pump efficiency.
