Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites applications for a Water/Wastewater Intern in Bellevue, WA. This internship provides hands-on experience on water and wastewater projects, mentorship, and exposure to engineering practices within a collaborative employee-owned culture.

You will apply standard engineering methods under supervision, support project tasks, and develop professional skills while contributing to meaningful infrastructure initiatives. Summer 2027 internship with full-time hours is expected.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering software preferred.

In the role of Water/Wastewater Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program

  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
