Qualifications

• PE registration in multiple states.
• 20+ years of municipal water/wastewater or water resources experience.
• Experience managing large design projects with fees ≥ $1M.
• Proven success supporting market development across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and expansion for Water/Wastewater in priority regions.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to align sector priorities.
• Serve as Client Account Lead for key clients including El Paso Water.
• Guide growth planning, hiring coordination, sales and backlog targets.
• Oversee large-scale design projects ($1M+ fees) as Senior Project Manager.
• Provide SME in water/wastewater planning, design, and delivery.
• Support sector marketing, project descriptions, resumes, conferences, and social content.
• Assist Regional Practice Leads with business development and strategic initiatives.
