Job summary

You will oversee daily engineering support, troubleshoot systems, manage field services, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning resources with project schedules.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates; travel up to 20% is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in control systems, preferably water and wastewater.
• Experience leading field services or project engineering teams for customer-facing projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for day-to-day engineering support.
• Lead and develop a team of site engineers; foster growth and accountability.
• Deliver high-quality customer support including troubleshooting, field services, startups, upgrades, and small projects.
