Job summary

McKim & Creed is seeking an Engineer Designer to join our Water/Wastewater team in Florida. You will provide technical design services, perform evaluations, and prepare drawings and bid documents as part of a project team.

You will report to the Project Manager, manage tasks within budget and schedule, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal design standards while coordinating with the design team.

Qualifications

• Process-oriented with strong organizational and technical skills.
• Able to complete work with moderate flexibility to meet PM demands.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle/criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design services as part of a project team.
• Conduct technical evaluations and prepare design computations.
• Produce design/construction drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Report to the Project Manager and complete tasks on budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with PM and design team and stay current with design standards.
