Join Our Team as a Water/Wastewater Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater system planning, hydraulic modeling, design, and construction management. Responsibilities include working on water and wastewater facilities, pipelines, storage tanks, pumping stations, force mains, and sewer system rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee water/wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Prepare project budgets, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in construction management activities, including pre-bid and post-bid evaluations.
  • Lead project planning from procurement to closeout, monitoring project status and execution.
  • Support technical proposal development and serve as a project design lead when appropriate.
  • Mentor junior staff and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain one in West Virginia within 6 months.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater systems.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • NASSCO experience is a plus.
