Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist

Crescit are currently working with a leading Civil Engineering Consulting firm in California looking for a talented engineer to join them. If you're passionate about delivering innovative water and wastewater design solutions — especially in conveyance systems, pipeline infrastructure, and treatment facility design — we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Design of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and force mains.
• Support or lead conveyance design projects from concept through construction.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and prepare technical calculations and reports.
• Prepare construction documents: plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients across a range of municipal and utility infrastructure projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
• 5-20+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design (PE license a plus).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modeling tools (WaterCAD, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and clients.
• Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance is a bonus.
