Job summary

Envirogen in Kingwood (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Drafter to support water and wastewater treatment projects. You will work on process diagrams, 3D models, GA drawings, BOMs, and BIM assets in a collaborative engineering team.

The role requires AutoCAD, Inventor and Plant 3D proficiency, with strong maths and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Drafting or related discipline with strong technical background.
• Extensive drafting or design experience in an engineering setting.
• Solid understanding of process equipment, piping systems, valves, skid-mounted systems, and tank design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor and Plant 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed PFDs for Water and Wastewater Plants using AutoCAD.
• Produce P&IDs.
• Develop 3D models, GA drawings, fabrication and assembly drawings.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support BIM Asset Management and Asset Information Models.
• Coordinate and compile Operation and Maintenance manuals and as-built drawings.
