Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
2–10 years of water/wastewater design experience, preferably in consulting.
Experience with municipal water and wastewater systems design.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, storage systems, pipelines, and related utility improvements.
Prepare or oversee engineering reports, technical specifications, construction drawings, and cost estimates.
Manage projects through design and provide support during bidding and construction phases.
Support coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
Support permitting and regulatory compliance for municipal water and wastewater projects.
Participate in client meetings, proposal development, and business development efforts.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
