Qualifications
7+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with 3–5 years managing projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain license.
Successfully led municipal water and wastewater projects.
Effective communicator who can explain technical concepts.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Enjoys mentoring and contributing to team culture.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for municipal clients and manage relationships.
Lead water and wastewater facility projects from planning through construction.
Conduct site visits and troubleshoot issues.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Prepare planning/design reports and permit applications.
Coordinate across disciplines for integrated solutions.
Lead bid phase services and contractor coordination.
