Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with 3–5 years managing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain license.
• Successfully led municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Effective communicator who can explain technical concepts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Enjoys mentoring and contributing to team culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for municipal clients and manage relationships.
• Lead water and wastewater facility projects from planning through construction.
• Conduct site visits and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare planning/design reports and permit applications.
• Coordinate across disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Lead bid phase services and contractor coordination.
