Job summary

Olsson, a people-centric engineering firm in the United States, is seeking a Design Associate on our Water/Wastewater team to perform complex drafting and design tasks using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.

You will collaborate with project teams, review drawings, contribute to design calculations, and help prepare cost estimates while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit.
• Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed design work on water/wastewater projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.
• Contributes to design calculations, drawings, and project cost estimates.
• Reviews drawings and attends client meetings as needed.
• Maintains project documentation and coordinates with staff.
