Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license in Utah or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of design staff for water and wastewater projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and present to clients.
• Assist in project opportunity evaluation and qualification statements.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and draft complex professional service agreements.
• Direct project teams and ensure compliance with contract terms and budgets.
• Prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and quality.
• May supervise professionals and manage staffing.
