• Managing cost and Work In Progress projections on the project.
• Supervising job site personnel and coordinating on-site activities.
• Planning and scheduling the project timeline and milestones.

• Negotiating and purchasing materials for the project.
• Establishing and enforcing safety standards on the job site.
• Managing project costs and budgets.
• Overseeing labor projections and workforce planning.
• Contract negotiation and administration for the project.
