Job summary

Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Houston to lead municipal water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate field teams and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, budget, procurement and client communications.

The role focuses on delivering critical water infrastructure with emphasis on safety, quality, and effective collaboration with owners, engineers and city stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management experience on water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure and treatment facilities is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, procurement and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors and reporting.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, owners and municipal stakeholders.
• Resolve delivery issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.
