Job summary

Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment is seeking a Superintendent in Austin with experience delivering municipal water or wastewater infrastructure projects. You will oversee field activities, crews, safety and schedules on facilities such as treatment plants or pump stations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers and owners to resolve delivery issues, monitor milestones and ensure quality and on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Superintendent with water/wastewater or heavy civil project experience.
• Strong leadership and field operations knowledge.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
