Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Gypsum, CO. The on-site role involves assisting with building structures, operating equipment, and performing essential site tasks alongside the construction team.

The position requires high school completion, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. On-site safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building structures for construction sites.
• Operate basic equipment such as a backhoe and/or water truck.
• Participate in demolitions and trench digging.
• Work underground in vaults and water mains.
• Remove trees and debris and organize tool sheds.
• Assist construction managers and perform safety-focused tasks.
