The role oversees estimating the civil scope for water and wastewater treatment plant projects nationwide, including earthwork, sitework, and yard piping. You will lead preparation of civil estimates, perform quantity take-offs, review bids, and develop GMP cost models, collaborating with engineers and subcontractors to deliver accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in CM, architecture, or engineering.
• Experience in preconstruction or operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of civil construction and water/wastewater projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil cost models and GMP estimates for water projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and bid evaluations.
• Prepare subcontract exhibits and coordinate with engineers.
