McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join its Water Civil preconstruction team. The role involves estimating earthwork, sitework, and yard piping for water and wastewater projects, across multiple offices in the US, including Dallas.

Responsibilities include developing civil cost models, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to produce competitive GMP estimates and value engineering opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or related major is required.
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop or manage civil cost models and GMP estimates for CMAR/DB projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with estimate development.
• Collaborate with engineers and owners to clarify scope, materials, and schedule.
