Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field.
• Three years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise subordinates; provide training and counseling.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of city facilities; manage schedules.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are followed.
• Inspect work and supervise completion.
• Conduct employee evaluations and handle grievances.
• Maintain records and logs; prepare reports.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and procurement.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and project oversight.
• Respond to inquiries from the public and customers.
