Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent water utility experience.
• Five years in a water utility with supervisory exposure or related field.
• Must be able to obtain required operator certifications within 12 months.
• Strong communication, organization, and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and documentation.
• Valid California driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, prioritizes and assigns work, and conducts reviews.
• Oversees field operations, capital construction, and maintenance for the distribution system.
• Identifies distribution capital projects and ensures budget adherence.
• Manages well sites, booster stations, reservoirs, and treatment operations.
• Coordinates with agencies and officials; ensures regulatory compliance.
