Job summary

City of Aurora Water is seeking a Water Utility Lead to supervise a crew responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of water transmission and distribution systems. The role involves coordinating daily activities, troubleshooting concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of progressively responsible experience with water systems, and a Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement; further cross-training in hydraulics

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of water distribution system operation, maintenance, and repair.
