Hirebridge LLC in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Water Truck Driver to support dirt, paving and grading crews by delivering water and controlling dust on active sites. You will operate water trucks, coordinate refills with forepersons, and ensure safe, compliant work conditions.

The ideal candidate holds a Tanker Endorsement, maintains a clean MVR, and benefits from hands-on training and advancement opportunities within a team-driven environment.

• Clean MVR on driving record.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with crew to ensure water is available on sites for refilling equipment.

• Navigate to job sites using maps for scheduling and routing.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report repairs as needed.
• Inspect equipment and safety items at end of shift.

We are looking for aWater Truck Driverto join our team. Drivers will deliver water to Dirt crews, Paving Crews, and various project locations for dust control and grading work. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of Water Trucks. Drivers will deliver water to dirt crews. Paving crews and pit areas for dust control and grade work. This is a great opportunity for new drivers to get an understanding of the layout of a construction site..

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Must partner with crew members to make water available on jobsites for refilling equipment as instructed by foreperson
• Driver will use sprinkling attachment to spray water on roadways in order to control dust
• Driver will use maps navigation for gaudiness in locating job sites in many different location’s
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment
• Perform daily pre-shift inspection followed with submission of a report for any repairs needed DVR
• Inspection of equipment and safety items required at the end of each shift DVR

About You

• Clean MVR
• Previous Construction Industry experience helpful
