About the Role

We’re hiring a Water Truck Driver / Laborer to operate a water truck and perform a variety of manual tasks on active paving projects.
This is a full‑time, seasonal position that plays an important role in supporting job site operations and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. Union membership is required for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a water truck to fuel and water on‑site equipment
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Assist with job site preparation by clearing obstacles and hazards
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas
• Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment
• Support Operators, Flaggers, and other crew members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Dispose of waste and debris in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Walk and work on uneven terrain throughout the workday
• Exposure to noise, dust, fuel, and construction materials
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
