Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. You will load materials, help prepare equipment for installations, and maintain orderly warehouse facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Drug screening and background checks are required; CDL not necessary. Benefits include medical, vision, PTO and product discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto trucks and store fronts using carts and forklifts (10%).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols.
• Keep warehouse facilities clean, organized, and compliant.
• Handle paperwork and necessary documentation.
• Prepare equipment for installations and assist with warehouse maintenance.
• Interact with customers professionally throughout the day.
