Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Water Treatment Technician for Starlink production facilities in Texas. You will own ultrapure water processes and support multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality water for manufacturing.

You will work with engineers to implement improvements and maintain equipment reliability. The role requires handling hazardous chemicals, reading schematics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize water usage and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical experience welcome.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in UPW production and/or wastewater treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor UPW systems (RO, EDI, UV, filtration).
• Manage wastewater treatment processes and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on pumps, valves, sensors, and controls.
• Conduct daily water quality sampling and data logging with analyzers.
